As a Service expert II at Terex/Genie, based in Barueri - SP , you'll provide technical support to Genie customer technicians in Brazil and South America via telephone, email, and occasionally through on-site visits (diagnostics and parts for Genie equipment).

Work in close coordination with the technical support, warranty, and training departments to identify areas for improvement in each area and implement improvement actions.



What you’ll do:

1. Maintain contact with clients to provide technical support, including information, guidance, and resolution of questions and problems with equipment.

2. Ensure that field activities are aligned with Terex's HSE policy.

3. Provide support and respond to calls directed by the Call Center.
4. Monitor the KPIs "first call resolution" and "speed to solve" and suggest improvement action plans.

5. Visit clients to assess their needs and clarify any necessary questions.

6. Issue reports of periodic visits or update the service database.

7. Report potential problems and quality improvements.

8. Inspect products, perform PDI (pre-delivery inspection) when applicable, and carry out technical deliveries to clients.

9. Follow up with the Warranty, Training, and Parts areas. 10. Investigation of quality incidents in the field and issuance of product quality reports.
11. Provide product, operation, instructional, and service training to the internal team and clients in Brazil.
12. Technical support in Latin America.
13. Support the parts and sales departments by clarifying product-related questions.
14. Promote and emphasize compliance with service bulletins.
15. Conduct audits at Authorized Service Centers (ASCs).
16. Conduct audits at the PDI (Product Development Institute).
17. Provide on-call telephone support.
18. Contact Genie engineering in the USA to verify repair procedures, service bulletins, and safety guidelines for equipment application.
19. Support the building of customer relationships, loyalty, and retention through exceptional service.
20. Perform other related activities as determined by your immediate supervisor.
