This role is contributing to Process Automation business for BA Function Operation Centers and Quality division based in Bangalore, India

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Lead the solution design and provide oversight for development, testing, operational readiness, and implementation of solutions.
• Responsible for design to release, solution roll-out, and designing front-end, back-end, and AI components, considering cybersecurity aspects and cloud technologies.
• Define the solution, guide data scientists, ML engineers, and prompt engineers, and enable the successful rollout of the solution, demonstrating a research/experimental mindset.
• Oversee the development and implementation of machine learning algorithms and models to analyze large datasets, extract insights, and drive decision-making.
• Lead technology demonstrator initiatives on leading cloud platforms and evolve the project plan.

Qualifications for the role

• Strong solution and design expertise in the areas of data analytics, AI, GenAI, and rapid application development.
• At least 8+ years of experience in software solution development, with at least 5+ years of exposure in deep tech as a data lead and data specialist.
• Must have played the role of a specialist and led at least two successful global product/solution rollouts.
• Worked with Agile teams, with hands-on experience in recent tools and technologies (e.g., AI engines - LLM, SLM, DevOps, Copilots).
• Exposure to working with global stakeholders while demonstrating technology leadership.
• Master’s degree in computer science.
