Responsibilities:

• Process design and review for new product drawings.
• MDM-master data creation.
• HKB creation and modification.
• Develop the assembly & lapping equipment and verification according the process requirement.
• Design and review assembly&lapping process fixtures& tools for new and current product.
• Check the status of fixtures&tools before the production order is issued.
• Collect and analyze production process problems, and provide related process solutions.
• Continuous improvement of product quality related issues.  
• Cost saving through process improvement and project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or related.
• At least 5 years experience in Assembly & lapping process.
• Mechanical seal industrial experience and Project management experience is preferred.
• Familiar with mechanical seal assembly and lapping process and related standards.
• Good skill of oral and written English.
• Good ability of communication, coordination ability and execution.
