We are seeking an Early Career Associate Recruiter to join our team in Mclean, VA, or Philadelphia, PA.

Our award-winning Early Career Recruiting team runs one of the many programs that help make Protiviti a great place to workAs an Early Career Associate Recruiter, you will introduce students to who we are, what we do, and what a career at Protiviti could look like for themYou’ll focus on hiring entry-level consultants, interns, and identify Discover Protiviti, our early identification program, attendees through a blend of on-campus recruiting and direct sourcing activitiesYou will partner closely with our practice professionals, business leaders, and People & Culture teams to achieve our hiring forecasts and firmwide strategic goals You will collaborate to run our Internship and Discover Protiviti for your respective officesThe students you hire and mentor will help fuel the continued business growth at Protiviti to become our future leaders. 

What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Use Handshake, LinkedIn, Employee Referrals, Direct Application, and other direct source recruiting methods to find and engage talented and diverse candidates in multiple geographic locations within the East Region. 

  • Review, screen, and coordinate the interview process for candidates. 

  • Facilitate offer decisions and create offer packages. 

  • On-Campus Recruiting at assigned Universities 

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the career center and professors within our target majors. 

  • Coordinate, staff, and attend campus recruiting activities such as career fairs, information sessions, and office activities. 

  • Generate new innovative approaches to engage the current talent pipeline. 

  • Collaborate on annual hiring plans, budgets, and calendar of events. 

  • Plan and lead the assigned geography Internship and Discover Protiviti experiences. 

  • Provide status reporting and maintain candidate tracking compliance in our CRM and ATS. 

  • Nurture candidates through onboarding to support retention. 

  • Assist throughout the East Region as requested by the Regional Lead to support the regional needs. 

  • Collaborate with the early career recruiting team to share new ideas and creative approaches to further enhance our program. 

  • Actively participate in all North America and Regional Early Career Recruiting meetings.  

  • Build a strong understanding and ownership of a component in North America portions of Early Career Recruiting programs (Discover Protiviti, Internship and Recruiting Strategy). 

  • Network with the local market offices and broader People & Culture teams.

  • Innovate to ensure your hiring goals are successfully accomplished. 

  • Be enthusiastic and collaborate with the team to continue to build upon the great program we’ve developed together. 

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications: 

  • Degree: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, English, Human Resources) 

  • Experience1-3 years in graduate recruiting or a related field, preferably in professional services 

Our Hybrid Workplace 

Protiviti operates in a hybrid work environment, meaning all employees are expected to achieve a blend of in-person and remote work. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and clients while offering a flexible environment. The expected ratio of remote to in-person work will vary by team and other business factors. Local and/or out-of-state travel is required based on our project and internal client commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$52,000.00 - $80,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
