Job Descreption

This role leads technical design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Data Cloud for personalized customer experiences. The position focuses on seamless integrations, performance tuning, and cross-team collaboration to deliver scalable solutions. Success ensures high-impact campaigns and robust CRM enhancements.

Must have skills

• Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and customer segmentation; SF Data cloud
• Hands on experience with SSJS, SQL and configuring complex solutions, along with integrations - OOTB with Salesforce and custom with tech stacks such as AWS
• Experience in designing scalable personalization solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to have skills

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project management.
Familiarity with additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Developer or Administrator).
Knowledge of AMPscript for advanced email personalization.
Proficiency in AWS services like Lambda, S3, or API Gateway for custom integrations.
Background in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for campaign analytics.
Prior work in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare) for compliance-aware implementations.

Key responsibiltes

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define personalization strategies and customer journeys.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing CRM and data platforms.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance across personalization campaigns; and MC platforms
• Do configuration work and align with QA on best testing strategy; follow deployment best practices
