Responsibilities:

Content Management:

  • Develop, curate, and manage all marketing and communication content.
  • Collaborate with relevant units and individuals to create compelling content for advertisements, publications, media relations, social media, and other marketing & communication collateral.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and strategic goals.

Loyalty Program Management:

  • Manage loyalty rewards programs to enhance customer retention and engagement.
  • Develop and execute communication activities to promote loyalty programs and engage the customer base.
  • Analyze program effectiveness and implement improvements to maximize customer loyalty.

Budget & Efficiency:

  • Continuously seek and implement means to improve efficiency within marketing and communication areas.
  • Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Work with the finance team to track expenditures and ensure alignment with budgetary goals.

Risk Control:

  • Identify and mitigate risks related to marketing and communication activities.
  • Develop and implement risk control practices to safeguard the company’s reputation and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Regularly review and update risk management strategies to adapt to changing market conditions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, content management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of content development and management across various platforms.
  • Experience with loyalty programs and customer engagement strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and improve operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of risk management practices within marketing and communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., social media management platforms, CRM systems).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
