Are you looking for a role that offers structure, purpose, and flexibility without the full-time grind? We’re seeking a warm, professional Receptionist to join our AIA team in Melbourne. As the welcoming face of AIA, you’ll be the first point of contact for staff and visitors, managing our reception space. You’ll also support projects and initiatives for our Executive Committee and CEO Office as required, adding some variety to your day.

This is a permanent position based at our St Kilda Road office, with working hours from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday—perfect for those who value work-life balance. Alternatively, job share arrangements can be available for the right candidates!

To do this successfully you will:

  • Support staff with day-to-day administrative needs.

  • Manage meeting room bookings and assist with travel arrangements for senior leaders.

  • Handle invoicing and expenses for the CEO Office.

  • Contribute to staff engagement activities and occasional projects.

Successful applications will demonstrate:

  • A reliable, organised individual with experience in reception, office administration, or hospitality.

  • A natural communicator who enjoys building relationships and is confident engaging with senior executives.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities with ease.
