About the opportunity:

 

Core Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Support in conducting research and providing insights for ongoing projects.
  • Assist in implementing strategic frameworks and helping with project execution.
  • Develop a strong understanding of key developments across sectors to contribute valuable insights.
  • Gain a basic understanding of how geopolitical trends influence communications strategies.
  • Provide support in the development and execution of key projects in employee communications, media training, crisis management, and executive communications.

Operations:

  • Offer creative suggestions for enhancing client communication strategies.
  • Assist in the media management of client programs and projects under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
  • Help ensure consistent communication strategies across corporate, consumer, digital, and public affairs functions.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal and client relationships to support project success.
  • Assist in creating reports that showcase project outcomes and insights.

Key experience & knowledge desired:

  • Demonstrated interest or experience in public relations, media, or communications.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining closely connected with supervisors and team members.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Movie Maker, Photoshop, or social media monitoring tools (e.g., Talkwalker, Radian6) is a plus.
  • A proactive and curious mindset, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and pay attention to detail.
