The Marketing Coordinator is tasked with managing the development, coordination, and execution of marketing projects and materials that support sales and product initiatives. This role ensures consistent messaging across all channels and supports member engagement through creative campaigns, events, and digital strategies. The role involves working closely with vendors and agencies to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of all marketing assets. The position will play a key role in driving the credit union's digital transformation.  

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase member engagement and product adoption.
  • Create and manage content for social media, newsletters, website, and print materials.
  • Research and recommend innovative digital tools to improve member experience and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in projects related to online banking enhancements, mobile app updates, and digital member services.
  • Track adoption rates for digital services and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate events and outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.
  • Support and participate in special events, meetings, and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor marketing analytics and prepare reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with credit union branding guidelines and regulatory requirements. 
  • Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of all marketing assets. 
  • Collaborate with vendors and marketing agencies to establish quality and cost standards.  
  • Complete ad hoc marketing projects and requests as assigned. 

Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, production, or project management, preferably in financial services or credit unions. 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Solid time management skills with the ability to stay organized and oversee multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines. 
  • Exemplary communication and vendor management skills. 
  • Experience working with external agencies and vendors. 
  • Ability to assess data and prepare marketing reports. 
  • Ability to clearly present marketing data and insights to internal stakeholders.
