Your Role: Outdoor Campaign Preparation Executive
The Commercial Outdoor Operations team is at the heart of the Outdoor business and our priority is to deliver excellent standards of service that meet & exceed our customer’s expectations. Our aim is to ensure the customer experience is at the forefront of everyone’s mind and we are always focused on driving improvements to give our customers the best service possible.
An Outdoor Campaign Preparation Exec plays a key role in delivering customer support to both external customers and internal partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role focuses on efficiently assigning and producing customer campaigns, ensuring they are processed promptly, accurately, and to a high standard. As an Outdoor Campaign Preparation Exec, you will manage the allocation and printing of campaigns for clients and are responsible for gathering all information required for successful campaign delivery.

Developed a comprehensive understanding of campaign fulfilment systems.
Gained clarity on the campaign delivery cycle, from planning and booking to execution.
Acquired in-depth knowledge of our products and inventory.
Demonstrated confidence in managing customer calls and emails (internal & external).
Contributed to a culture of collaboration, cohesion, and continuous improvement to drive team success.
