Job Description Summary

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Lead Sales Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, cross-functional coordination, and the continuous improvement of commercial processes.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales compensation and incentive plans, including participant lists, order intake targets by role and product line, and the creation of individual and team performance reports to track results against objectives.
  • Act as the SPEAK Champion by managing users, providing system support, coordinating IT tickets, delivering training, and ensuring CRM data quality (order values, margins, quantities, and delivery timelines).
  • Maintain reliable forecasts for order intake, order convertibility, and manufacturing demand.
  • Perform order and margin reconciliations.
  • Resolve KYC issues, account creation requests, and credit verification matters.
  • Support monthly operating reviews and sales performance reviews  
  • Monitor data quality KPIs and lead Gemba walks to identify, escalate, and drive process improvements.

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in engineering, economics or business administration.
  • Experience in sales operations, CRM administration, or commercial operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, sales, and operations teams.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau and dashboards.
  • Effective communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
