About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Senior .NET Developer to join our growing team. You’ll lead and contribute to both Business-As-Usual (BAU) and project-based initiatives, supporting a client that’s embracing modern technology to meet evolving business needs.

This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in .NET development and SQL, who thrives in collaborative environments and is eager to share knowledge while continuing to grow professionally. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
• Write efficient, scalable SQL queries and manage complex database interactions
• Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers
• Support BAU operations and drive successful project delivery
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Document technical designs, processes, and best practices
• Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database design
• Solid understanding of software development best practices and design patterns
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, is advantageous
• Proven ability to lead and mentor team members
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in agile or fast-paced development environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, .NET Developer) are a bonus
