Job Description:
UPS US Marketing is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Data Analytics Lead to shape and execute its advanced analytics, AI, and data strategy across pricing, revenue management, market analysis, and evidence‑based decision making. This role will work across multiple channels and teams to drive scaling of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI use cases that directly impact go‑to‑market effectiveness and financial performance.
The position works across multiple channels and cross‑functional teams to deliver tangible business results, serving as a strategic bridge between business leaders, analytics teams, and data/AI platforms. The role is responsible for developing metrics across channels and markets, applying systemic analytical methods, and pioneering new analytical and AI approaches in fast‑paced, rapidly evolving consumer environments. This high‑visibility position will work with multiple levels of the organization, including senior leadership to bring scalable data and analytics to the forefront of pricing, rate setting, and offer optimization. The role may manage others within the department and supports Marketing leadership by planning and championing the execution of broad analytics initiatives that drive measurable value.
