Role Purpose 职位目的:

To create maximum value from the assigned product portfolio of current and future, by developing, directing, implementing and monitoring all aspects of the marketing strategy and tactics.  To lead and manage a brand management team to accomplish business objectives and financial goals.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:

Achieve targets within the allocated budget

  • Achievement of sales and market share target
  • Control of marketing and promotional expenditure within the allocated budget, leveraging resources to gain optimal ROI

Maximize the potential of the assigned product portfolio

  • Develop therapy area long term vision and commercial strategies.
  • Development and preparation of 3-1 Plans and Forecasts for the assigned product portfolio, including details of marketing strategies, resources and projections, etc.
  • Design and development of therapy area marketing tactics and leadership of the implementation of these tactical programs.
  • Lead to develop and implement market access plan including in different channel.
  • Lead to develop key external experts (KEE) management and engagement plan.
  • Management of Marketing Sales interfaces to ensure integration of marketing and sales-force activities.
  • Assessment of sales performance and identification of variances to plan; recommendation and implementation of proposals that rectify or capitalize on current sales performance.
  • Establishment of systems that collect, analyse and monitor market intelligence including competitors information.
  • Design relevant market research programs.
  • Identify market research needs to gain customer and patient insights for strategic decision making.

Build and maintain excellent collaboration with internal functions and external agencies

  • Leadership of therapy area specific cross-functional team including Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal/IPR and Government Affairs/Market Access that delivers competitive advantages and responds rapidly to the changing environment.
  • In consultation with Market Access/Government Affairs function, the development of market access strategy and plan.
  • Appointment, control and management of advertising agencies and market research companies.

Others

  • Preparation of presentations and background materials for regular commercial meetings, periodic financial updates, and business reviews by senior management
  • Ensure that all activities undertaken by the marketing team staff fully comply with the Company’s policies/standard, and the laws and regulations of China.
  • Full-fill other tasks assigned from superior.

Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in medicine , pharmacy; MBA is a plus.
  • More than 7 years working experience in pharmaceutical industry, at least 4 years brand management experience, portfolio management and new product launch management preferred.
  • Solid disease & product knowledge in relative therapeutic area.
  • Good competency on market intelligence & customer insight.
  • Strong communication skill, and good interpersonal skill Analytical thinking, creative, teamwork.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Willing to take frequent travels upon business needs.
