CarelonRx's Medicaid Sales and Account Management organization is looking to hire a Director of Pharmacy Account Management. This people leader will be responsible leading a team who manages contracts and relationships with Medicaid health plan accounts across the US. S/he will develop relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. (This position will work in a hybrid way from any US corporate Elevance Health location)
How you will make an impact:
Executing CarelonRx strategies to maximize value from PBM contracts and creating, implementing policy and procedures to ensure compliance with PBM contracts.
Manage a team to support rebate analysis, network pricing compliance and other financial aspects of the contract.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of Pharmacy/PBM experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills and Experiences:
-Pharmacy License or equivalent service in specialty Rx field
-Medicaid health plan and pharmacy benefit management expertise
-Expertise in relationship management
-Experience as a liaison between pharmacy and medical health plan leaderships
-Experience leading account management team
-Pricing and analytics expertise
