Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations and custom solutions. You will work closely with other departments to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality Workday solutions that meet business needs. Responsibilities: ▪ Develop and implement integrations between Workday and external systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical specifications. ▪ Responsible for designing custom Reports through Workday tools. ▪ Design, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and other tools, following agile methodologies. ▪ Propose optimal integration solutions based on business needs and system capabilities. ▪ Implement data transformation logic for accurate data mapping. ▪ Conduct design reviews to ensure integrations are scalable and maintainable. ▪ Stay informed about Workday integration tools and technologies to recommend improvements. ▪ Develop and execute test plans, perform testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). ▪ Ensure data security and compliance with information security policies. ▪ Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, optimizing performance to ensure efficient data transfer. ▪ Document integration designs and technical specifications. ▪ Develop dashboard and metrics to provide key stakeholders an insight into the organization ▪ Help monitor the effectiveness of reporting products, modify current reports, or operationalize new reports / methods as neededEducation: • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Experience: • Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience with coding & development or a related field OR Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. • Preferred experience with Workday or other ERP systems. Skills: • Demonstrated experience in developing integrations and advanced reporting. • Ability to understand Workday object model, business processes, and security framework. • Demonstrated knowledge of core design principles, data modeling, data transformation, and data mapping techniques. • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively within a team. • Commitment to exceptional customer service. • Initiative to create innovative solutions and adherence to best practices. • Proficiency in Java, C++, Python, XML, SQL, or other programming languages Licensure/Certification/Registration: • Workday Integration Certification(s) preferred.Website: https://www.coxhealth.com/
