This is a part time seasonal position that needs 60% availability for all events at Ball Arena.
Responsibilities:
The Theater Box Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to all theater box season ticket holders for games and other events.
They are providing premium level guest service and building relationships with the season ticket holders.
Guest focused, welcoming and show them to their seats. Working in a collaborative and positive relationship with the client, the supervisors and the managers to foster highest level of guest satisfaction.
•Premium Bartender for up to 40 people in the theater box. Set up the all-inclusive buffet and attend and monitor the buffet food levels. Bus dishes and wipe down guest areas.
Inventory product and prepare it according to management and health guidelines. Rotating beverages, counts, inventory etc.
• Responsible for the completion of opening and closing duties assigned by the Suites Managers
• Responsible for performing proper customer service
• Responsible for the cleaning of suite after the event is over, breaking down the buffet and wiping all areas.
• Ensure prompt and friendly service
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
Qualifications
• Must have a minimum of 3 years premium full-service bartending (not crack and pour) Highly motivated, self-directed, personable, positive, pro-active and hardworking
• Able to work flexible hours (all shifts are evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Able to work under pressure
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills in English to meet guest needs.
• Detailed orientated and able to perform independently
• Team Player
• Must be at least 18 years old
