Roles & Responsibilities: • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in supporting and developing Genesys Cloud platform. • Participate and contribute during migration activities from Genesys Engage to Cloud. • Troubleshoot issues within the Genesys cloud environment. Professional & Technical Skills: • Experience in Genesys Platform, Genesys SDK, GVP – IVR platform, Workforce management. • Genesys Cloud CX concepts, Work experience on Architect • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents escalated to the L3 team. • Create and maintain documentation for L2 Support resources. • Problem Management, perform root cause analysis and take preventative actions. • Adheres to support processes and best practices. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Good to have: Knowledge on Genesys Engage basics. • Good to have AWS fundamentals (Cloud practitioner) certification. • Genesys cloud, Architect, Genesys Engage Tools
