Job Description

We are looking for an Associate IT Systems Analyst to support Digital Accessibility testing for enterprise applications. This position will be Full-Time and Remote.

This opportunity exists within our CAI’s Neurodiverse Solutions business unit, all candidates in consideration of positions within CAI’s Neurodiverse Solutions must be able to self-disclose that they identify as neurodivergent.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform accessibility testing across assigned applications and tickets using WCAG-based validation practices, ensuring issues are reviewed consistently and accurately

  • Review, analyze, and test assigned SNOW tickets related to Digital Accessibility, including tickets involving complex or large applications

  • Document testing results, accessibility observations, defects, and supporting evidence clearly so application teams can understand and remediate identified issues

  • Work with application teams, testers, project stakeholders, and leadership to clarify scope, validate accessibility requirements, and communicate testing progress or blockers

  • Assist with prioritization of critical accessibility testing work, participate in status discussions as needed, and support knowledge transfer and documentation for repeatable testing processes

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field

  • Proficient in understanding and applying Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and 2.2 success criteria and techniques

  • Hands-on experience and proficiency with major assistive technologies, including Screen Readers: NVDA, JAWS (for Windows), VoiceOver (for iOS/macOS), TalkBack (for Android)

  • Deep understanding and practical usage of automated and semi-automated tools such as axe DevTools (axe Dev core), JAWS Inspect, and other accessibility checkers (e.g., Lighthouse, WAVE)

  • Ability to review application functionality and validate accessibility issues against defined rules or standards

  • Experience documenting test results, defects, and evidence in a clear and organized manner

  • Ability to analyze SNOW tickets, understand issue context, and determine appropriate test coverage

  • Strong communication skills for working with application teams, project leads, and testing stakeholders

  • Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities in a backlog-driven environment

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and common enterprise ticketing/testing tools

Preferred:

  • Prior experience with Digital Accessibility testing or WCAG rule validation

  • Experience working with enterprise application teams and accessibility remediation workflows

  • Experience using SNOW or similar ticketing systems

  • Familiarity with healthcare, insurance, or enterprise technology environments

  • Experience testing large or complex business applications

  • Accessibility-related certifications or training, such as CPACC, WAS, Trusted Tester, or equivalent accessibility training

  • Experience as an IT Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, QA Analyst, Accessibility Tester, or similar role

Physical Demands 

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

  • Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

$25 per hour

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
