About the role
We are looking for experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join our repairs and maintenance team in Eastbourne/Lewes . Working with home first on a variety of residential works, working in occupied, void properties and communal areas, our team produce work to the highest standards and deliver outstanding customer service.

Role Criteria;
Core Trade Qualification in Carpentry:A qualification such as a Level 3 Diploma in Site Carpentry or Bench Joinery
Other Trade Experience: in plumbing, plastering, and tiling can be gained through additional courses or on-the-job training.
Desirable:
The ability to carry out small plasterwork repairs to a good standard finish
Working at Heights & Manual Handling: able to work at heights and to transporting or supporting a load by hand or bodily force, including lifting, putting down, pushing, pulling, carrying, or moving loads
Customer Service & Communication Skills: Good customer service and communication skills are essential, often developed through experience.
Hand Tools & Driving Licence: Providing your own hand tools and having a full UK driving licence are requirements for these roles.
