Job Description

JD:

Develop the integrated pre-launch product market development strategy by assessing all needs and steps.

Ensure the development of the end-to-end (hybrid) Go-To-Market model and integrate cross-functional team to form an efficient, coordinated cross-functional team.

Deliver objectives aligned with various stages of the product launch, ensuring alignment and execution across the different functions and teams.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.

-Proficiency in English is required, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

-A minimum of 5 years of experience in MNC pharmaceutical marketing with GTM strategy development experience. Experience with pediatric drugs or vaccines, seasonal product, RSV mAbs, and launch products is highly desirable.

- A strategic thinker with robust project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and driving cross-functional collaboration effectively.
