This role will be a key support for the Sales Operations Manager, focusing primarily on Sales Force Automation (SFA) Master Data Management to enhance sales efficiency, data accuracy, and system effectiveness.
How you will contribute
You will:
Manage and maintain SFA Master Data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
Support the Sales Technology Manager in optimizing sales processes and digital tools to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, and other departments) to align master data with business requirements.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to sales teams.
Assist in implementing new sales technology solutions and process improvements.
Support the budget process in collaboration with global teams, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and enhance data-driven sales strategies.
What you will bring

1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Technology, or Master Data Management.
Strong understanding of Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems and data management principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English.
