Senior Director of Creator Strategy will focus on developing and executing creator strategies that align with business objectives and creative ideas.
This is a net-new function for Whalar and will require proactive development of an approach, framework and best practices - that will funnel into new and existing business. This function is meant to evolve as we learn and grow as a business.
You will lead budget allocation decisions while collaborating with key stakeholders (Paid Media, Research & Measurement, Creative Strategy, and Client Services teams) to ensure that the creator approach aligns with the 360 recommendation.
This hybrid role, based in Hudson Yards, NY, offers flexibility and collaboration, allowing you to choose any three days a week to work from our vibrant office. This position combines the best of both worlds, offering the freedom to balance in-office interactions with remote work flexibility.
The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 and serves as a general guideline reflecting the potential compensation for the role. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, and, ultimately budget approvals.
