What you will do

The primary responsibility will be Sales in the Data Center vertical. Shall focus on Data Center projects and sell solutions related to Fire Detection, Fire Protection, Security Systems and Building management Systems as an added advantage. Knowledge on PLC Based SCADA, Fire Protection systems such as Gas based suppression systems, Water Mist, Hydrants, Form, and CO2 will be of added advantage along with Fire Detection and Security background.

How you will do it

He would be meeting potential customers in the Data Center segment in the western region of India. Customers in the field of DC Segment includes DC IT contractors, GC Contractors etc. He will be meeting and providing JCI solutions in the field of PLC SCADA, Security, Fire Detection + Fire Protection systems to DC Consultants. He would be meeting and interacting with consultants such as Jacobs, AECOM, Epsilon, Aurion Pro. He would be working primarily on large projects in the DC segment. He would be responsible for Presales & Sales and able to handle techno – commercial negotiations.

What we look for

Required

We look for a graduate in the field of engineering with 12 to 15 years of experience in the field of Data Center sales (preferably) He shall have a proven track records of selling PLC SCADA, Fire Detection, Fire Protection, and Security systems. BMS would be an added advantage Shall have excellent communication skills both written and spoken English. Shall be a go-getter, self-motivated individual. Shall have good techno-commercial skills and shall be able to close large deals on his own. Shall have expose to technical documentation and tender submission processes especially for Industrial projects. Shall be technically well adverse with the above-mentioned system and able to understand engineering drawings. Shall have excellent Presentation skills is a must, Preparing PPT’s and fluent working on MS Excel will be added advantage Shall have knowledge on the various DC norms like Uptime, CDCP. (Must)
