Boeing Aerospace OperationsBoeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join our Integration team in the United States. This position will act as a program process integrator supporting Global Technical Operations (GTO) Field Operations Aircraft and Equipment Maintenance Services. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to help Field Operations develop processes, work on organizational wide special projects, manage risks, and implement strategies. Position can be located in either Jacksonville, FL, Plano, TX, Hazelwood, MO, Portland, OR, Charleston, SC, Seattle, WA and San Antonio, TX.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals and authorization requirements.
Support coordination with functional partners; clarify analyses to validate results and verify scope for long-range business goals and critical initiatives.
Coordinate commitments with internal and external organizations to execute strategies.
Identify risks and opportunities; develop mitigation plans or plans to capture opportunities.
Present plans and initiatives to leadership to obtain approvals.
Provide implementation direction for work authorization and execution.
Collect, organize, and report data according to established management system processes to maintain program, process, and initiative status.
Ensure follow-up actions for process deployment, training, and sustainment.
Collaborate with Engineering, Program, Safety, and Quality partners to establish execution planning that delivers results.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
3+ years of experience with processes analysis, processes development, and process improvement
3+ years of experience with program management, project management and/or business operations
3+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
Experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience coaching or mentoring others, including non-direct reports.
Experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, SharePoint).
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Power Apps.
Records management experience.
