• Complete different types of DMV forms like repo applications and affidavits and ships these applications to the DMV or Tag Agent to obtain a repo title, a re-title or a duplicate.
• Send customers and dealers release of liens, copy of titles and contracts via Fed Ex, fax or e-mail.
• Reassigns both retail and lease title to new dealer and adds to dealer shipment.
• Complete requests for release of liens, copies of contract and or titles, and paid-in-full letters.
• Calls to DMVs, dealers and customers.
• Become a notary
• Willingness to help train a Title Service Representative I
  • Strong attention to detail, is dependable and follows through.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Strong work ethic
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people throughout the organization.
  • Willingness to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image.
