Education Required:
Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent knowledge in HR, Business, or related field.
Experience Required:
Typically requires 2 years of experience in human resources, IT, business, or related.
People & Culture functional area knowledge
Microsoft Office tools
Broad Technology system capabilities knowledge (i.e., contact center scheduling systems, QA, etc.)
Basic project management
Other Helpful Computer Knowledge:
PowerBI
Intermediate to Advanced Excel
Workday experience with Case Management
