We are looking for a highly skilled business analysist/product owner with experience in financial application development.

What you will be responsible for

As a skilled business analysist/product owner, you will:

• Discuss with onsite business teams, clients and various application teams to understand client context and requirements.
• Able to refine business requirements by continuously gathering feedbacks from stakeholders and business users.
• Work closely with Dev, QA and other roles in the agile team to deliver projects on time, with high quality; Actively support production releases in whole process;
• Able to manage project risks, schedules, stakeholder’s expectations to deliver projects successfully.

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science, Software Engineering , Finance or equivalent field;
• Experience in financial industry, with business analysist/product owner/project management experience or equivalent business related experience;
• High level knowledge or experience in Equity, Fixed Income or Currency Management. Good understanding on the securities’ order life cycle;
• Strong English communication ability is a must;
• Should have hands on experience in different type of databases (Oracle, MSSQL, SQL Server);
• Experience in Agile development engineering methods.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor or above of Financial or equivalent major;
• 2 years of experiences in business analyst;
• CFA or FRM certifications is preferred.
