The Data Analyst is responsible for executing the daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, as well as the Data Analytics for the Digital Enablement and Analytics Program. Other responsibilities include:
Develop and distribute actionable, value-added reports supporting the Primary Data Program (PDP) and Data Organization.
Consolidate and analyze actual operating results for the organization throughout the summer and compare to monthly/quarterly plan.
Support the PDP process by providing the needed critical data as well as analyzing and suggesting important trends to optimize forecast accuracy and revenue targets.
Participate in projects that will help drive process improvements in the Organization.
Verify and ensure the accuracy of all data.
Communicate these reporting capabilities on MSI platforms.
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
Strong aptitude for understanding and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources.
Required experience in sourcing data from multiple data sources for building tableau visualizations
A high degree of computer literacy is required, including proficiency with spreadsheets.
Ability to demonstrate proven problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and demonstrate strong time management skills
Ability to gain results in a team-based environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
A high level of curiosity and creative thinking is preferred
Note: Candidate must be in the Chicago and Schaumburg office 1-2 times a week.

High School Diploma is required
Must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of December 2025 or later
