We are looking for a highly motivated and effective program manager to join our Merchant Attachment team and deliver best in class merchant experiences through thoughtful execution. A proven track record of coordinating sales and marketing motions to drive business impact and experience in marketing and sales enablement is preferred. Qualifications:
5+ years experience in business operations, project management, marketing operations or related job
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport, influence, and deepen relationships with cross-functional team members
Outstanding organization and project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once
Superb critical thinking, listening, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven experience presenting to senior leadership and/or external clients
Responsibilities:
Manage pipeline of campaigns, coordinating execution sequencing across multiple teams for cohesive delivery of defined merchant engagement strategy
Maintain reporting of pipeline status - launches, risks, delays - and performance; collaborating with business partners to understand quantitative inputs that drive qualitative measurement
Identify points of opportunity to strengthen program strategy, program execution while continually focused on revenue optimization and meeting the customer's needs
Understand multiple points of view (client, external customer, internal customer) to build thoughtful and scalable merchant attachment plans
May require meeting with external industry leading technology partners to collaboratively create merchant attachment solutions
