About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our Network and Cloud Infrastructure team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hybrid environment, supporting both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain, optimize, and secure enterprise systems while contributing to strategic cloud initiatives.

  • Monitor and maintain enterprise network systems including LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Deploy, manage, and support cloud environments (Azure).
  • Diagnosing and resolve network connectivity issues across multiple platforms.
  • Provision cloud resources, implement automation, and monitor performance metrics.
  • Manage patching, system updates, and backup verification processes.
  • Manage Corporate office , Branch office Wi-Fi networks.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, including configurations and procedures.
  • Enhance infrastructure security, reliability, and scalability through continuous improvement.
  • Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests related to networking and cloud services.
  • Administer and support the Office 365 tenant specific to the business unit.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud and datacenter resources across all regions.
  • Collaborate with cloud architects, DevOps, and Azure Cloud teams to support and resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor and optimize performance, availability, and cost across datacenter environment.
