About the Role
Report to: Head of Portfolio and Change Management
Location: Ho Chi Minh

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Be accountable for the end-to-end management of enterprise impactful and large-scale/complex projects. Ensure project execution excellence, project objectives, scope, budget, and timeline are met and satisfy stakeholders. Ensure the quality of project management meet group and local standards, frameworks, procedure, and governance.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible to manage project end to end including below (not limited):
- Develop a project management plan to effectively manage the project end to end to meet project objectives, time, budget, scope, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Work closely with businesses, provide analysis, define needs, and identify feasible solutions · Project execution monitoring and ensure timely reporting on timeline, cost, scope, benefit, risk & issues, dependency during execution to stakeholders.
- Project financial controlling and reporting as required cadence.
- Manage project baselines, change requests, closure, and handover to BAU.
- Manage project change management activities (e.g impact analysis, internal/ external communication plan, GTM plan).
- Ensure the quality of project management meet group and local standards, frameworks, procedure, and governance.
- Manage end-to-end project collaboration among all project stakeholders. Actively resolve conflicts.
- Promote a risk-aware culture to ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.
- Adhere and contribute to all documented standards, guidelines, and procedures, frameworks.
Portfolio management:
- Support strategic business case preparation to accelerate turnaround time (for LT-prioritized projects) when required · Manage project KPIs and ensure frequent reporting to Leadership, Portfolio team
- Support for enterprise portfolio activities when required (e.g Portfolio health monitoring, benefit tracking & reporting)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education – bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or Engineering from reputable universities.
- MBA or master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience – At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management in Financial Services or Consulting industry.
- Working experience in Life Insurance is highly preferred.
- PMP/ ACP are required.
- PMI PfPM is a plus.
- Excellent command of English and Vietnamese, both written and oral.
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Change Management is an advantage.
