People, Culture & Wellbeing Advisor
This roles benefits from working closely with senior People Leaders and Team Members across Australia to deliver pragmatic, commercially sound HR advice in a fast-paced environment.
As our new People, Culture & Wellbeing Advisor, your focus will be:
Providing end-to-end advice, support and coaching on performance management and Employee Relations matters
Managing ER casework including investigations, grievances, misconduct, and disciplinary processes
Acting as a trusted advisor and sounding board to managers, supporting fair and compliant decision-making
Ensuring alignment with Fair Work legislation, modern awards, enterprise agreements and internal policy
Supporting talent, succession and capability initiatives across your portfolio
Contributing to engagement and wellbeing initiatives at a local level
Supporting safety programs and collaborating with the OH&S team on people-related matters
Positively contributing to all P&C deliverables as an engaged member of the wider People, Culture & Wellbeing team
Ideally, You Are:
A customer-centric, people-focused HR professional
Experienced or eager to step into managing Employee Relations matters and navigating complex conversations
Knowledgeable in current employment legislation, particularly Fair Work and ER practices
A strong communicator and coach with excellent planning skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously while building strong stakeholder relationships
Experienced in multi-site or retail operations (ideal)
Tertiary qualified in HR or a related discipline (preferred, not essential)
Supported by a talented, diverse and geographically dispersed team, you will work in a collaborative environment where you can learn, grow, and operate with a high level of autonomy. This role offers a hybrid work model, with a mix of time in the office, WFH and field.
