Job Objective:
We are seeking a driven and experienced NGL (Natural Gas Liquids) Marketing Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies for NGL products, building strong industry relationships, and optimizing market opportunities. The ideal candidate has a broad understanding of energy markets, pricing structures, logistics, and customer engagement.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and other key stakeholders
  • Market and sell NGL products including ethane, propane, butane, and natural gasoline
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply/demand fundamentals to identify opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts, sales agreements, and transportation terms
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure efficient product delivery
  • Work with internal functions to quantify and manage marketing risks, including price exposure
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide strategic insights to leadership
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies
  • Adheres to the company’s values – integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and innovation.
  • Supports company vision and mission.
  • Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects company assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Other Job Responsibilities:

  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Three (3) years minimum experience in marketing, trading, or related energy sector role
  • Strong knowledge of markets, midstream operations, and pricing mechanisms
  • Proven track record of successful deal negotiation and relationship management
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and market analytics tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing network within the NGL or broader energy industry
  • Experience with pipeline logistics, storage, trucking and transportation contracts
  • Familiarity with risk management and hedging strategies

Education:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Energy Management, Finance, or related field
