The Capital & Service Sales Specialist professional will be responsible for identfying, creating, and executing growth strategies through new clients, partnerships, and market expansion. This role requires strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to build and maintain high-level relationships that align with the company’s strategic objectives.

What will you be doing? 

  • Drive business growth by generating new qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Establish and strengthen long-term relationships with partners, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Collaborate with commercial team to lead negotiations of contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales and Operations) to align on business initiatives.
  • Track business performance using KPIs and provide regular reports to management.
  • Develop and implement commercial & marketing plans aligned with marketing targets and business goals.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate events, demo sessions, and customer engagement activities.


What will you need to be successful?  

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in business/market development, strategic partnerships, or corporate sales.
  • Languages: Advanced English (other languages such as Spanish are highly desirable).
  • Competences: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork skills.
  • Proactivity and results orientation.
  • Networking ability and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Contribution to sales pipeline and revenue growth.
