What would you do? For the products assigned · Review system generated historical data outliers and adjust the parameters · Support on preparing new item forecast & promotion tracker by analyzing the parameters and constraints · Review and validate historical data quality and notify exceptions to the data teams for correction at source You will be part of Supply Chain Planning Team which is responsible for end to end supply planning and execution In Demand Management you will assess, design, build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Demand Planning capabilities including Demand Sensing, Forecasting, Demand Collaboration, Demand Planning within Integrated Planning.
What are we looking for? 3-4 years business experience with a focus on supply chain processes, especially in the Retail or Consumer Goods spacetAptitudes (functional skills) § Relationship management - build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues § Strong Analytical Skills § Verbal and written communication § Understanding retail concepts around regional / store segmentation and seasonal planning § Supply Chain – knowledgeable in supply chain terminology and methodology § Demand Forecasting – understand basics of seasonal, promotional and basic replenishment demand forecasting. Technical Skills § Core transaction system – Solid understanding of the core functionality required of systems to manage the flow of information through the supply chain (i.e. item/vendor management, forecasting, purchasing, inventory management..etc) § Professional level capability in use of desktop software (MS Office Suite, with focus on analytical skills in Excel) Other Expectations · Helpful and proactive manner with a service orientation · Drives issues to resolution · Good organisational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. •
