ASSIST LOGIST CUSTOMER SERVICE

- Suporte a equipe de campo - 0800 do motorista e fisioterapeuta;
- Oferecer apoia a Central de Atendimento e Customer Service nas demandas dos pedidos em trânsito que requeiram prazo de atendimento;
- Suporte e acompanhamento nas tratativas dos pedidos de urgências e emergências quando responsável pelas regionais;
- Buscar em conjunto com a distribuição VitalAire, bem como com as transportadoras e/ou com os fisioterapeutas, as várias alternativas para assegurar o melhor nível de serviço com um custo otimizado quando estiver no suporte as Regionais;
- Apoiar às Regionais para inclusão em Programação Automática pacientes elegíveis.
