  • Sachbezogene Buchung der Vorauszahlungen, inkl. Rollforward
  • Monatsabschlussbuchungen (General Ledger), inkl. Rückstellungen, wiederkehrender periodischer Buchungen
  • Durchführung von Prüfungen der monatlichen Kontodaten auf der Grundlage des lokalen ERP-Systems
  • Mithilfe in den Prozessen des neuen ERP Systems IFS inkl. Dokumentation und Prozesserfassung
  • Ad-Hoc Anfragen

Reporting für Coperion K-Tron Entities

  • Analyse der Bewegungen in Transferkonten
  • Analyse der Bewegungen in der Bank
  • SOX Kontrollen 2.05 / 2.08, inkl. Datenvalidierung
  • One Stream Betreuung für eine Coperion K-Tron Entity CKD
  • Ad-Hoc Analysen in Haupt- und Nebenbüchern

Verschiedene Tätigkeiten

  • Kontinuierliche Durchführung von AP-Aufgaben, um die Abwesenheit anderer Buchhalter zu decken
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Partnern zur Bearbeitung von Mahnungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Revisoren für die Abschlusserstellung und SOX-Auditierung
  • Weitere Aufgaben werden vom Betreuer festgelegt und richten sich nach dem Fortschritt
