Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle R12 & 11i ERP SCM Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle R12 & 11i ERP Supply Chain Management modules with strong knowledge on one or more ERP functional modules and a strong background in application development, deployment and production support processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Support: Leading Production support for Oracle SCM modules. Identifying and resolving complex issues while providing support to end users on Oracle EBS applications. Provide support for third-party interfaces and ensure data integrity.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to Oracle EBS SCM modules. Identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.
- User support: Providing technical support to end users on Oracle EBS applications, addressing queries and resolving issues.
- Training: Developing and delivering training materials and sessions for end-users on Oracle EBS SCM modules.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a knowledge base for easy access to information.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth application management.
- Data Analysis: Develop simple to medium complexity SQL scripts to extract ERP data for analysis.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in application performance, processes, and user experience. Participate in the development and implementation of new enhancements.
- Business Requirements Analysis: Understanding client's business processes and identifying areas for improvement using Oracle EBS SCM modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Solution Design: Designing and configuring Oracle EBS SCM solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Module Configuration: Configuring and customizing Oracle EBS modules, including Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, and Master Data Management.
- Implementation: Leading implementation of Oracle EBS SCM modules (and/or SCM based solutions).
- Data Migration: Develop Source to Target ERP mapping from or to Oracle EBS SCM module.
- Mentoring: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience working with Oracle 11i and R12 ERP application with focus on SCM module.
- Strong understanding of modules like Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Master Data Management. Familiarity with supply chain management business processes and industry best practices.
- Proficient in Business requirement analysis, Gap identification, Solution proposals and Design development.
- Proficient in Oracle SQL data analysis
- Understanding of Oracle EBS functional architecture
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with functional teams and business users.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle R12 or 11i certification on SCM module.
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud SCM implementations is a plus.
- Experienced with SDLC/Agile methodologies and project management tools.
