Benefits Specialist
Reporting to: Manager, HR Operations
Medcan is looking for a junior/intermediate Benefits Specialist to join its growing downtown Toronto team. This role plays an integral role in supporting in managing benefits administration and must have experience managing in-house and third-party benefits. This role also supports HR Operations in employee requests, helping and guidance to employees and managers on issues related to HR policies, benefit programs, performance management, and employee concerns. The incumbent must have strong customer service orientation, ability to work independently and effective time management skills.

This is an 12-month maternity leave contract starting in December 2025 working full-time hours. This will be a hybrid role (2 days/week in the office).
