CSCM Specialist for Samsung account (CSCM : Customer Supply Chain Management )

Introduction
Customer SCM Specialist is responsible for order fulfillment by maintaining adequate inventory levels & supplying required part & tool to right location on time interfacing with customer requests.

Job Mission
Improve Samsung customer satisfaction by performing on-time delivery, parts and tools order fulfilment, data analysis, other administrative and clerical duties based on the requirement of customer and consistent with company policy

Job Description

  • Executing an order fulfillment for Samsung customer under service contract
  • Ensure safety stock level based on ASML stocking strategy and customer contract are maintained and replenished properly.
  • Validate Inventory level compared to actual usage and improve it through collaboration with Plan & Allocation team.
  • Order fulfillment and on-time delivery within required date.
  • Coordinate critical part & tool demand based on machine criticality and escalate supply issue to HQ in timely manner.
  • Utilize freight forwarder resources to ensure operations execution, shipment status reporting and exceptions management, and timely resolution of shipment issues
  • Collaborate with CS Engineers and Quality team to encourage efficient Part & tool use / return flow to secure targeted inventory level.
  • Communication & Process improvement
  • Maintain relationship with both internal and external customers, communication and performances on a day-to-day basis. Meet with and provide reports while supporting  continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve process within supply chain and streamline via LEAN methodologies (A3, 4C, 5S).

Experience

  • Above 3~ 7 years in supply chain field is preferred.


Education

  • University degree or above with major related logistics/SCM and biz administration

  • Highly motivated, pro-active, self-driven and flexible, Analytical thinking
  • Good team player who is committed to the success of ASML
  • Able to quickly make complex priority decisions and execute with high level insight of business flow
  • Problem solver with a pro-active and persistent attitude, hands-on “can do” mentality
  • Good communication skills, verbal and writing in English
  • Good IT software proficiency(MS office, SAP etc.)
