About the Role:

We are looking for a product manager to join a newly forming team that will support the Carbon and Hydrogen markets. This role is pivotal in shaping the delivery of our new global carbon offering and driving our emerging markets to new heights. This role will report to the Head of Product Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape and facilitate the development of a new product offering in the Carbon markets space. Identify and drive ways to improve the existing MVP and imagine new functionality for future development phases in order to deliver more value to our clients.
  • Create and maintain user guides, help materials, methodologies, and specifications for Carbon analytical products as well as products that serve other markets such as Hydrogen.
  • Work with the sales, editorial, and business development teams to translate customer needs and requests into business requirements for the product development teams.
  • Work with the UI/UX design team to create mockups of customer development requests.
  • Document internal processes to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Periodically attending industry conferences and trade shows as well as client on-site visits in order to understand our clients' needs, identify trends and competitive offerings in the marketplace, and bring new ideas to drive new revenue streams. You may need to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree. Business, Marketing, or Product Management degrees are a strong fit for this role.
  • At least 3 years as a product manager or a similar role.
  • Fluency in English, with other languages desirable based on our global customer base.
  • Foundational understanding of the Agile software development methodology, and the role a product owner plays as part of a development team.
  • Data literacy, easily understanding how to interpret and analyze data to help our customers make the best-possible business decisions.
  • Excellent technical acuity, with a strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, PowerBi, Azure DevOps, and Netsuite (or another CRM software). Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, InVision, and LucidCharts products preferred.
