The P&G Latin America Internship program is offered to promising undergraduate students interested in growing as a business leader by stepping into the shoes of a P&Ger for a minimum of 6 months at our Latin American Headquarters located in Panama City, Panama.

As a P&G Human Resources Intern, you’ll be a business-integrated partner at the heart of helping some of the world’s greatest professional talent – including yourself.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

• This position is part of our talent pipeline, meaning that while we do not have an immediate vacancy, we are actively seeking to connect with qualified candidates for future openings. When a relevant position becomes available, we will reach out to individuals whose skills and experiences align with our requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures while building a culture that value trust, employee engagement, innovation, leadership effectiveness, and workforce productivity.
• Support the HR team in various projects including organization assessment and design, team effectiveness and people issues; that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the business.
• Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.

Job Qualifications

• Active undergraduate student with 6-12 months left to graduate, with a career interest in Human Resources
• If not located in Panama, can move to Panama until graduation and fully commit to delivering projects that will last at least 6 months.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Strong leadership, innovation, and passion for winning.
• Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
