Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Hybris Commerce.
- Strong experience in designing and developing scalable e-commerce solutions using SAP Hybris Commerce platform.
- In-depth understanding of integration techniques and middleware technologies related to SAP Hybris Commerce.
- Ability to customize and extend SAP Hybris Commerce modules to meet complex business requirements.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SAP Hybris Commerce applications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies in the context of SAP Hybris Commerce projects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Hybris Commerce.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
