Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Imaging Specialist Specialist to join our Global Records Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for the high-quality digital conversion of physical assets by operating advanced scanning equipment and maintaining precise data integrity. You will join a collaborative team dedicated to helping our customers protect and unlock the value of their information.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Operate and maintain high-speed imaging and Personal Computer equipment to convert physical documents into digital formats according to strict project specifications.

• Collaborate with team members to verify document quantities and provide technical guidance to colleagues, ensuring a smooth and efficient production workflow.

• Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and security policies to protect sensitive information during the scanning and verification process.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• Considerable on-the-job experience in imaging, document management, or a high-volume production environment.

• Strong knowledge of scanning hardware and Personal Computer software used for digital imaging and data verification.

• Proven ability in troubleshooting technical equipment issues and providing peer guidance within a structured, procedural environment.
