The Sr. Director of Revenue Planning & Analysis is a key link between our executive team and the day-to-day P&L management of the overall North American Rakuten Rewards business. This person is on the forefront of financial performance and will work with a fast-moving, cross-functional team to deliver intelligence on key metrics and strategic recommendations on a go-forward strategy to shape the direction of the business. This is both a hands-on and strategic role; the right person can tell stories with data and will inform and influence strategic decision-making at all levels of the organization. This individual will lead the team that is responsible for the revenue planning and forecasting processes, developing strategic revenue initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals, both at a merchant-level and tops down. While this role lives in the Commercial org under the CRO, there is direct responsibility to Marketing and Finance as well as critical stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven track record in revenue planning and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Background in revenue planning in retail, inventory management, and/or eCommerce is a significant plus.

Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location.
