Position Summary
You will lead the design and delivery of high-quality medical education programs across Canada. You will work closely with medical, commercial, and external partners to build educational strategies that meet clinical needs and support patient care. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Plan, develop and deliver accredited and non-accredited medical education programs for healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with compliance requirements.
- Create and review educational materials, speaker content and learning objectives with medical and scientific leads.
- Support in-field execution and omnichannel dissemination of education through live, virtual and on-demand formats.
- Monitor program performance and generate insights to improve future educational activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support internal approvals, accreditation and audit readiness.

Why You?
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- University degree in a relevant discipline (science, health, education, or business).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical education, medical affairs, or a related role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Experience managing external vendors and healthcare professional engagements.
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to deliver multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a clinical audience.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model with regular presence in the office and travel across Canada as needed.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Advanced degree (MSc, MBA, PharmD, MD or equivalent).
- Experience with adult learning principles, accreditation bodies and continuing medical education.
- Familiarity with medical governance, regulatory requirements and industry codes in Canada.
- Experience using learning management systems and analytics platforms.
- Background in therapeutic areas relevant to our medical portfolio.
- Prior experience working with multi-channel medical education, including digital and asynchronous learning.
Working arrangement
This role is hybrid. Expect a balance of in-office collaboration and remote work, plus occasional travel to regional meetings and events.
