This Position reports to:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of the purchasing and logistics-related activities in the Procurement function to support the businesses. Each day, you will execute assigned activities as per ABB standard procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by delivering and participating in training programs as required to ensure compliance and to foster professional development.

This role is contributing to the Process Automation, IA Procurement & Logistic in Krakow. 

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Managing the end-to-end PR to PO process, including tracking deliveries, confirming supplier terms, and ensuring smooth invoice processing.
• Overseeing daily cooperation with international suppliers, ensuring alignment with customer needs and procurement strategy in terms of quality, timelines, and cost.
• Ensuring supplier orders meet business and project requirements, using ERP systems and standard operating procedures to maintain compliance and efficiency.
• Supporting the implementation of sourcing strategies in collaboration with the Sourcing team to optimize supplier performance and commercial value.
• Driving process improvements in procurement operations, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
