The HR team at Alcon is seeking 2025 Summer Interns.  You will work on key HR projects in our Culture, Capability & Talent (CC&T) Center of Excellence (COE).

Key Projects:

  • Teams focuses on culture, engagement, associate experience, and talent development/performance management.

  • Types of projects in the past included developing strategy for new Development in Action, supporting launch of new onboarding program for all people leaders and new associates around the globe and sourcing a new talent management platform.

Location: Internship will be located at our U.S headquarter in Fort Worth, TX. 

After successful completion of an HR Summer internship at Alcon, interns may be considered for participation in the HR Leadership Development Program full-time.  The HRLDP is a key pipeline for graduate degree talent with ambition to advance into HR Business Partner (HRBP) leadership positions within HR.  Exceptional individuals chosen for this highly selective and challenging program engage in tailored rotational experiences towards an HRBP career path.  Members will engage in three, 12-month rotations.  Rotations will include 2 HRBP positions and 1 HR COE position.  Program benefits will include Mentorship, Functional Programming, Networking Events, Tailored Development, and Executive Presentations on key learnings and outcomes of rotations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college for at least one semester prior to the internship, and at least one additional semester following your internship.

  • Must be pursuing a graduate level degree in a related field.

  • Academic performance: Minimum cumulative GPA 2.8/4.0

  • Demonstrated leadership skills (i.e. extracurricular activities or projects)

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.

  • Ability to commit to a 10–12 weeks, full time (min of 40 hrs. weekly), May 27, 2025 - August 15, 2025

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership potential.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
