She/he will act as business owner, demonstrating a 360° involvement in all activities that define retailer’s success, such as assortment definition and planning, sell-in activities, customer marketing, digital development, in partnership with the functional experts of the integrated and central NMP teams.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this role, you are a (co)owner of the customer relationship with your assigned retail partner: you will be responsible of the mutually profitable, quantitative and qualitative growth of the account. You will supervise end-to-end the full business of the partner, where growth is just an output of an ongoing effort to elevate the marketplace. Your goal is to deliver the best possible retailer experience (online and offline) to the consumer, contributing to the One Nike Marketplace strategy.

You are the Lead Partner Executive who will share the leadership on the account with two other Senior Partner Executives, reporting into the Director Commerce and PT for the SNIPES- & D-GROUP MPU. You can expect daily interaction with even senior stakeholders of the retailer. Your internal relationship will be extremely diverse and multifunctional: other Sales colleagues, Merchandising, Planning, Brand Marketing, Finance, Customer Finance, some dedicated to the account, some supporting multiple accounts.
